Nina Portier Reinhart, M. Sc.
Co-Founder & CEO
Mother of two adult women, Nina comes from Geneva. She had a career in Consumer Goods and Financial Services before founding Reinhart Capital in Zurich to invest in startups. Actively shaping the Swiss startup ecosystem, her life was amazing until her menopause transition questioned all her plans.
Nina discovered countless women are poorly guided in this transition and decided to start Meno Swiss as well as CuisineSoleil which offers unique longevity cooking experiences.

Claudia Brett, BSc Hons
Menopause Coach and Co-Founder
Claudia is a certified menopause coach, founder of Menopause and more. German and British citizen, she lived in the UK many years before relocating to Switzerland. She worked as a medical underwriter and raised two children while completing a BSc Hons in Health Promotion.
Her degree and personal experiences highlighted the limited guidance women have regarding hormone health. Claudia provides evidence-based information for women to make informed choices and consults with employers to create menopause-friendly workplaces. She is also a member of several Menopause Societies and a fan of walking and cold water swimming in her freetime.

Aga Pieczko, MiM
COO and Co-Founder
Originally from Poland, Agnieszka (“Aga”) has lived in Zürich with her family since 2022.
An accomplished Digital Strategy Professional, she has experience building brands for companies of all sizes. She had also various work experiences (from planting potatoes on finca in Argentina to running a successful music club in Poland).

A passionate traveler who strongly believes in women's empowerment. As an AI enthusiast, she uses it to strengthen all that Meno Swiss does. She is the initiator of our “Life in Hormony” podcast featuring healthcare professionals and women with amazing life stories.​​​​​​

Dr. med. Kathrin Kern
Gynecologist
I enjoy supporting people, especially women. As a gynecologist, I can optimally combine my interest in medicine and science with my joy in working with people. Individual attention to the wishes and needs of our patients and quality assurance are particularly important to me. Continuous training ensures that my specialist knowledge is always up to date.
My medical studies form the foundation for my career as a gynecologist. Since obtaining my specialist qualification in 1998, I have gained extensive experience in gynecology and obstetrics in various positions, practices, and hospitals. I have run my own gynecological practice since 2001.
