An informal space for open conversation and exchange about perimenopause and postmenopause in Basel. We talk openly about our experiences, share knowledge and support one another – fostering confidence, understanding and empowerment throughout the menopause transition.

11 meet-ups per year, typically on the last Wednesday of the month, at Falknerstrasse 33 in Basel (Physiopraxis Carolin Haase). Organised by Esther Amougou.

Menopause without taboo.

Talk group and conferences on perimenopause and menopause, held at Bénévolat Vaud or an auditorium at CHUV in Lausanne. 5 meetings per year. The group aims to inform women about menopause and how to better manage symptoms. News, articles, studies and conferences shared via WhatsApp and email. Led by Virginie Leroux and Sophie Roussel Laybros. Free, registration by email.
